Inspection Services

General Property Inspection

We offer General Property Inspection Services for residential homes, condos, and commercial buildings. The inspection is comprehensive and non-invasive. We walk through the property and take note of the condition of each safely-accessible system and component. Any damages or defects that a buyer should be made aware of before purchasing will be found and explained in detail in the inspection report.

Re-Inspection

Buyers who want additional peace of mind after their inspection can schedule a Re-Inspection. We will revisit the home and ensure that all agreed-upon changes between buyer and seller have been completed.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Pre-Listing Inspections help sellers prepare their homes for the competitive housing market. We will inspect the home for damages and defects before listing so sellers can make necessary changes.

New Construction Inspection

We will inspect newly-built homes before a final walkthrough, looking for the small issues that builders can sometimes overlook and offering our advice about necessary finishing touches.

New Construction Phase Inspection

We will perform Phase Inspections throughout the construction process to help builders complete a higher-quality finished product. We thoroughly inspect each construction phase to ensure it is defect-free before the builder moves on to the next task.

Loan Draw Inspection

Loan providers will often require you to have a Loan Draw Inspection completed before agreeing to lend to you. The reports from these inspections let your loan provider know the condition of the home and the risks they are taking by working with you.

Radon Testing

Radon is a toxic gas that is known to cause lung cancer in people exposed to it. Radon can be present in the home and go undetected because it is invisible, odorless, and tasteless. We use specialized equipment to measure radon levels, keeping you and your family safe.

Water Testing

For your health and safety, it is important to have your water tested for contaminants before consuming or using it. We will test your water for lead and other impurities, ensuring that it is ready for use.
